Monika to reveal new mobile products at GulfHost Dubai

Monika is delighted to be exhibiting in the UK Pavilion at this year’s GulfHost exhibition, being held at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 30th October to 1st November. The company, which has operations in the Middle East as well as the UK and Australia will be introducing a range of new products to serve the needs of an even greater market than ever before.
Monika has developed a suite of mobile food safety and compliance solutions, to help businesses large and small to achieve invaluable peace of mind. The new products continue the company’s long tradition of innovative, HACCP based technologies which enable users to ensure food safety as well as make efficiencies and cost savings.
MonikaPrime is a modular system that has been designed for larger businesses. Ensuring HACCP compliance with no paperwork, its Team Management component can dramatically reduce staff time spent on manual checks thanks to the Smart PA – a rugged android device that’s Biocote-treated for hygiene.
The second module – Equipment Management – monitors refrigeration and other units to keep food safe, save energy and identify failing units that can be fixed to avoid costly downtime.
With Monika’s sophisticated system, a company can even integrate its corporate policy manual to bring branding guidelines, health and safety – and any other accreditations and regulations they work to – into one place – to gain valuable efficiencies and keep important policies easily accessible to staff.
And, using the Enterprise Management software, the data gathered by the system provides a comprehensive overview of performance across single or multiple sites, and can be grouped by region up to organisational level.
